The Clinic

Integrative Health Coaching Services (IHCS) is a functional health coaching clinic practice in Durand, Michigan that focuses exclusively on helping patients overcome chronic diseases, including type II diabetes, thyroid issues, and autoimmune conditions. Our clinical model is based on truly customized nutrition and lifestyle action steps based on the individual's labs, health history, goals, and current lifestyle.  We do not treat, diagnose or cure any diseases but instead teach, show and guide the client to heal themselves using functional medicine principles and educated decisions about options for optimizing health.  We partner with our clients and aid them to understand the root causes of disease based on genetics, research and investigative partnering to identify the root cause of symptoms and to create a series of steps to overcome the disease process. These nutrition and lifestyle changes are customized supporting the unique physiological makeup of each individual client. This allows the body’s innate healing processes to take control. Only then can optimal wellness can be achieved.

Rebecca Mills-Anderson, BA, BS, CHHC,  founder and clinical director, utilizes a holistic, whole-person approach to treatment. This approach to wellness means looking for high impact solutions that have the ability to create balance n the body and then work to return the body to optimal health. As a result, IHCS is able to help clients catapult their healing journey to optimal health. Rebecca Mills-Anderson promotes a Integrative approach to health care- which means that she encourages every tool available. She partners with your medical care providers and acts as a patient advocate to help them make informed decisions rather than simply offering an alternative to a traditional health journey. IHCS works to communicate nutrition and lifestyle options, information and rationale to the patient’s entire health care team, including family members.
