About Rebecca Mills-Anderson, BA, BS, CHHC

Rebecca Mills-Anderson BA, BS, CHHC

Clinical Director of Integrative Health Coaching Services

After her own journey of recovery from over 10 Autoimmune and Neurological Disorders and CIRS, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, CAEBV, Rebecca knows personally and professionally what it takes to Take Your Body Back from the very disorders from which she helps others recover so that they, too can live a full and abundant life. Read more about her story of recovery here.

Her experience to help both herself and others comes from years of past and continued education and research into the science behind our bodies and the development of Chronic Illness. Her ability  to apply that science outside of the context in which it is learned as well as her creativity and intelligence come together to make her a leader in her field and discipline.  This unique combination of personal experience, education, talent and compassion for others enables her to get results for her clients when others fail. She began her own health blog in 2016 which eventually grew into her current day health clinic, Integrative Health Coaching Services in 2018. She has been supporting people in their recovery from  chronic illness since 2017. Her education is listed below.
